Drypoint refrigeration dryer range extended

Beko Technologies have extended the Drypoint refrigeration dryer range with a high-pressure version, Drypoint RS HP, specially designed for applications up to 50 bar. The new Drypoint RS HP scores with its high operational reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness - as expected from Beko. The most important feature is the plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel.

The surfaces are extremely smooth.

This promotes high-energy efficiency, has a self-cleaning effect and ensures maximum reliability in operation.

With high compression levels, the contaminates become more concentrated and also more aggressive.

Under such conditions, conventional plate heat exchangers are particularly susceptible to corrosion, and rust particles entrained by the dry compressed air can damage downstream user points or clog up filters and pipes.

With stainless steel plate heat exchangers corrosion simply will not occur.

All Drypoint RS HP units are equipped with a Bekomat 12 PN 63 condensate drain, this is the high pressure version of the Bekomat - the number 1 condensate drain worldwide.

This device contributes significantly to the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the system.

In contrast to timed solenoid valves installed on conventional high-pressure refrigeration dryers, the Bekomat device will only discharge the actual condensate quantity collected.

Therefore it avoids unnecessary loss of compressed air, thus saving energy.

The Drypoint RS HP programme comprises refrigeration dryers from 25 - 3030 m3/h.
