Article Marketing - How Much Information Can I Give Away With Without Giving Away Too Much?

One of the real keys with article marketing is that it is education based - so the idea is that you give the reader information - 250-300 words worth - and then give them the opportunity to get more information at your web site.

Article marketing doesn't really rely on any marketing or sales tactics to generate the demand - we simply give the reader information, the idea is that if we have done a good job answering their question, they will want to get more information from us.

Don't feel like you are giving away too much information when you fully answer a question or teach someone something in your articles. You see, people are going to judge your knowledge and ability to help them by what you write in your articles, and if you hold back a lot of stuff just so you can sell it later...you aren't going to make the cut with your readers.

If you don't have enough information that you can write 100 articles and not teach everything you know...you probably need to start learning some more!

One of the most important things to remember about article marketing is that you are using the articles to drive traffic to your web site.

Without traffic, you have no business online. It doesn't matter how good your product is, your web site is, or your sale page is, if you don't have traffic, you don't have a business. It is as simple as that.

So let go of the worry that you will give people too much free information. Give them whatever it takes to get them to come to your web site and discover how much more information you can give them there.
